Creating and Updating Your Account

Let’s start with Creating an Account:

  • Navigate to ‘Account’, found within the Main Menu of the website or the Burger Menu on mobile devices.

  • Select ‘Create Account’.

  • You will then be prompted to enter your credentials.

  • Once complete, you will be prompted to ‘Select a Plan’ from a dropdown menu. Learn more about which Package suits you here.

  • Once you’ve selected a Package, you will be asked to securely enter your payment information to complete the sign up process. That’s it!

Let’s move on to Updating Your Account:

Before we begin, it’s important to understand that there are two distinct areas to your Account. Firstly, there is the ‘Public Facing’ Members Directory side, and then there is the ‘Internal’ Community Area side. This is because certain aspects of your Account should only be accessible to other Members, and it’s for this reason that these two distinct areas update slightly differently.

Updating Your Public Facing Profile:

  • Navigate to your ‘Account’ and Log In.

  • Select ‘Your Account’.

  • Select ‘Edit Your Profile’.

  • This will allow you to edit your Public Facing Profile (that appears in the Members Directory), including updating your Profile Picture, Member Details and Social Links.

Please allow up to 10 minutes for changes to take effect.

Updating Your Internal Profile:

  • Hover over the ‘Account’ area, at the bottom of the Community Menu (on the left side of the page) and select ‘Edit Profile’.

  • This will allow you to edit your Internal Profile (that appears in the Community Area, and on the iOS and Android applications), including updating your Profile Picture, Member Details and Social Links.
